# Flamingo > Self-serve dashboards over your own credentials. A dashboard is ONE > self-contained HTML document. You can build and preview one right now, with no > account and no MCP client, and hand your human a live link to watch it render. Start here — there is a full agent protocol at the first link. It covers minting a live draft over plain HTTP (POST), the read/write capability split, watching updates over SSE, and the canned scenarios that let you test every state (connected, not-connected, 500) without connecting anything. ## Build a dashboard (no credentials) - [Agent protocol](/dashboards/playground/llms.txt): POST your HTML, get back a watch URL for your human. Read this first. - [Playground](/dashboards/playground): the page your human opens — editor, live preview, Save. - [Endpoint catalogue](/dashboards/playground/endpoints): every path a dashboard may fetch, with response schemas. ## API reference - [API docs](/docs): human-readable reference for the public surface. - [OpenAPI](/docs/openapi.json): the same surface as JSON. ## Notes Saving a dashboard into a real space is a signed-in human action — you cannot save on their behalf, and you do not need to. Hand over the watch URL and let them click Save. Everything reachable without a session is public demo data. Anything else under this origin needs a session and answers 401. That is expected, not a misconfiguration — do not try to work around it.
